Cancellation Policy

** PLEASE READ ** To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your final service total. As a solo provider, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. Advance notice allows time to fill your appointment and accommodate other clients. Rescheduling or Cancellations (48+ Hours Notice) Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may transfer the deposit to a new appointment date. Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours Notice) Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. No-Shows Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in: -Forfeiture of your deposit -The remaining balance of the scheduled service being charged to the card on file -Future bookings may require full prepayment Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If rescheduling is required due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation. Client Courtesy Emergencies happen. Long-standing clients may receive grace reschedules at the discretion of Kae & Co Beauty.
